Chocolate With No Soy


Knowing what is in your chocolate can be important.  Chocolate makers use all kinds of ingredients to make their chocolate creamy and delicious, but some of these ingredients can make people sick or have and allergic reaction.


When I started Drexelius Chocolates, people would mention they couldn’t eat chocolate or that it made them sick.  I thought it might be the nuts in the bars doing all the damage.  I came to find that dairy, soy and other mainstream ingredients were to blame as well.  These same people would try my fabulous offerings because of the natural ingredient list (and complete lack of artificial ones) and be blown away by how good they felt.  No sickness.  No irritated tummy.  Hooray for wholesome chocolate!
